As a Crew Member, you’ll perform mowing, planting, sod, pruning, and operate landscaping tools safely for our commercial clients, contributing to quality work and a supportive team environment.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Eligible to work in the U.S.
• Able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
• Comfortable working outdoors in all weather.
• Basic English communication skills.
• Team player with a positive attitude.
• Landscaping experience is a plus—but not required.

Responsibilities

• Mowing, edging, and trimming.
• Planting flowers, shrubs, and trees.
• Laying sod and applying fertilizers.
• Pruning and maintaining perennial beds.
• Using landscaping tools and power equipment safely and efficiently.

What You'll Be Doing

As a Crew Member, you'll play an important role in delivering expert landscaping services to our commercial clients. Daily tasks include:
