As a Crew Member, you’ll mow, edge, plant, lay sod, prune perennials, and operate landscaping tools safely for commercial clients, while maintaining clean, safe job sites and learning new skills every day.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Eligible to work in the U.S.
• Able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs
• Comfortable working outdoors in all weather
• Basic English communication skills
• Team player with a positive attitude
• Landscaping experience is a plus—but not required!

Responsibilities

• Mowing, edging, and trimming
• Planting flowers, shrubs, and trees
• Laying sod and applying fertilizers
• Pruning and maintaining perennial beds
• Using landscaping tools and power equipment safely and efficiently
• Maintaining clean and safe job sites

• Mowing, edging, and trimming
