Job summary

Ruppert Landscape is seeking a Crew Member to perform landscape maintenance on commercial properties under field managers. You will operate mowing/finishing equipment, perform mulching, installation, and related labor tasks in a team setting.

The role requires 2+ years in landscaping maintenance, ability to lift 50 lbs, and typical hours of 40-45 per week (Mon-Fri, some Saturdays in spring). Benefits include medical, dental and vision coverage, 401(k), and flexible work/life balance.

Responsibilities

• Performing landscape management duties as directed by Field Managers
• Operate various mowing and finishing equipment, performing labor functions, mulching, installation, etc.
• Work in a team environment
• Maintain a clean, professional appearance at all times
• Engage in appreciation and celebrate events
• Perform other various duties assigned
• No prior industry experience is required
• Hours are typically 40-45 per week, M-F (some Saturdays in Spring)
