Green View is a family-owned landscape design, installation, and maintenance company serving Central Illinois with multiple locations including Springfield. We seek hands-on helpers to work on residential and commercial projects, assisting with planting, site prep, and hardscape tasks alongside experienced crews.

Qualifications include reliability, ability to lift 80 lbs, a valid Illinois driver's license, and willingness to perform snow operations as needed.

Qualifications

• Reliable and takes quality seriously.
• Able to lift up to 80 lbs and work outdoors in all weather.
• Valid Illinois driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Available for snow operations as needed.
• Prior landscaping or outdoor labor experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Inspect, load, and stage tools and materials before each job
• Keep equipment clean, fluids topped off, and tools maintained
• Assist with planting - annuals, perennials, shrubs, and trees
• Support construction tasks: digging, grading, and hardscape prep
• Operate basic power equipment under supervision
• Keep job sites clean, organized, and safe throughout the day
• Support snow and ice removal during the off-season
