Job summary

GroundSystems in Springfield, Ohio is seeking a full-time Landscape Crew Member to join our hands-on team. You’ll help deliver top-quality landscaping services for high-profile clients, performing plantings, bed maintenance, and seasonal installations while working outdoors in varied locations.

We value a strong work ethic and a can-do attitude; previous landscaping is helpful but not required. Benefits include paid holidays and PTO, uniforms, on-the-job training, medical/dental/vision

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years old or older.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs., and walk, stand, bend, and squat for extended periods.
• Willingness to work overtime and weekends when required.
• Prepared to work in all weather conditions, year-round.

Responsibilities

• Cleanup of properties using a backpack blower
• Bed and pavement weed control
• Pruning of shrubs
• Installation of flowers, trees, and shrubs
• Performing a variety of tasks in different locations, ensuring no two days are alike
