The role involves outdoor work, operating lawn maintenance equipment, and performing landscape maintenance tasks with a focus on quality and customer service.

Responsibilities

• Operate commercial lawn maintenance equipment safely.
• Maintain clean, professional job sites and collaborate with crew leaders.

Qualifications

• Previous lawn care, landscaping, construction, or outdoor labor experience is preferred but not required.
• Valid Driver's License preferred.
• Reliable transportation to and from work.
• Strong work ethic and dependable attendance.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Ability to work well in a team environment.
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, crouch, lift, push, pull, and perform physical labor throughout the workday.
