We're currently looking for an experienced Landscape Crew Leader to help lead our field operations. Responsibilities

• Lead a landscape maintenance crew while maintaining a safe and productive work environment.
• Operate commercial lawn maintenance equipment, including zero‑turn mowers, trimmers, edgers, and backpack blowers.
• Drive company trucks and trailers to and from job sites.
• Perform lawn mowing, edging, trimming, pruning, weed control, seasonal cleanups, and other landscape maintenance services.
• Communicate professionally with customers while on‑site.
• Train and mentor crew members.
• Inspect completed work to ensure company quality standards are met.
• Report equipment issues and jobsite concerns to management.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Previous professional lawn care or landscape maintenance experience required.
• Previous crew leadership experience preferred.
• Valid Driver's License required.
• Clean driving record required.
• Ability to safely drive a truck and trailer.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Dependable attendance and positive attitude.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, lift, push, pull, and perform physically demanding work throughout the day.
• Ability to regularly lift equipment and materials.
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
• Ability to perform the essential functions of the position with or without reasonable accommodation.
