Quality Lawn Care in Albuquerque, NM is seeking dependable individuals to join our outdoor maintenance crew. As a family‑owned company with 36+ years serving the community, we value reliability, professionalism, and excellent customer service.

Responsibilities include mowing, edging, trimming, and assisting with landscape projects. Prior lawn care or construction experience is preferred but not required; valid driver’s license is a plus. We offer training and advancement opportunities.

Qualifications

• Experience in lawn care or landscaping is preferred but not required.
• Valid driver’s license preferred.
• Reliable transportation to and from work.
• Strong work ethic and dependable attendance.
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Perform lawn mowing, edging, trimming, and blowing.
• Assist with landscape maintenance, seasonal cleanups, and landscape installation projects.
• Install mulch, plants, shrubs, trees, and decorative landscape materials.
• Assist with irrigation repairs and installations as needed.
• Operate commercial lawn maintenance equipment safely.
• Maintain clean and professional job sites.
• Work collaboratively with crew leaders and other team members.
• Represent Quality Lawn Care professionally while interacting with customers.
• Follow all company safety policies and procedures.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
