Job summary

GroundSystems in Cincinnati, Ohio, is hiring Drivers for Landscaping Crew Members (No CDL Required!). You will perform mowing, trimming, planting, pruning, and general groundskeeping while operating landscaping equipment and driving trucks/trailers with a valid license.

Snow and ice support are part of winter duties; must be at least 20 and able to work outdoors year-round. We offer year-round, full-time employment with benefits and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record (CDL not required).
• Must be at least 20 years old.
• Eligible to work in the U.S.
• Able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs and work outdoors in all weather.
• Landscaping experience is a plus—but not required.

Responsibilities

• Mowing, trimming, planting, and general groundskeeping.
• Pruning trees and shrubs.
• Maintaining perennial beds.
• Operating and maintaining landscaping equipment.
• Driving trucks and trailers (valid license required).
• Supporting snow and ice management during winter months.

What You'll Do
