Jack Collins Associates LLC and Buzz Cut Landscaping focus on high end landscape maintenance, a one-stop-shop for weekly property maintenance, plant health care, turfgrass management, land enhancements as well as a design build/install division.

Role Description

This is a full-time position for a Landscape Crew Member located in Walpole, MA. The Landscape Crew Member will be responsible for maintaining and enhancing the appearance of landscapes, including mowing, trimming, planting, mulching, cleanup, and pruning. Other tasks include landscape installs and renovations. The role may also involve operating landscape machinery and equipment, performing routine maintenance on trucks and equipment. Looking specifically for hardworking individuals that have a passion for the outdoors. Willing to train the right person.

Qualifications

• Experience in landscape maintenance, gardening, and construction
• Comfortable with landscape equipment, WILL TRAIN
• Ability to perform physical labor, including lifting and moving heavy objects
• Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
• Strong work ethic and ability to work effectively as part of a team
• Prior experience in a similar role is a plus
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Driver License
