Job Overview

R.P. Marzilli & Company is an award-winning professional landscape firm that builds and maintains ultra high-end residential landscapes in the Greater Boston, Cape and Islands, and Rhode Island/Eastern Connecticut areas. Our teams are passionate about their work and dedicated to the landscape profession.

Responsibilities and Duties

1. Follow instructions from crew leader
2. Laying and aligning materials such as bricks, concrete blocks, stones, and others
3. Maintaining tools and worksite in good condition, adhering to safety protocols
4. Ensuring a clean and hazard-free work environment
5. Trim overgrown limbs, hedges and leaves to ensure an appealing look to the area

Job Requirements

1. 1+ years of proven work experience in flatwork, hardscape, masonry, and layout
2. Must be able to operate construction equipment including skid steer, mini excavator, and loaders
3. Ability and licensing to drive non-CDL trucks and trailers
4. Reliability a must
5. High attention to detail with excellent organizational skills to oversee several tasks at a time
6. High school diploma or equivalent qualification
