Responsibilities And Duties

• Follow instructions from crew leader
• Laying and aligning materials such as bricks, concrete blocks, stones, and others
• Maintaining tools and worksite in good condition, adhering to safety protocols
• Ensuring a clean and hazard-free work environment
• Trim overgrown limbs, hedges and leaves to ensure an appealing look to the area

Job Requirements

• 1+ years of proven work experience in flatwork, hardscape, masonry, and layout
• Must be able to operate construction equipment including skid steer, mini excavator, and loaders
• Ability and licensing to drive non-CDL trucks and trailers
• Reliability a must
• High attention to detail with excellent organizational skills to oversee several tasks at a time
• High school diploma or equivalent qualification
