GroundSystems is hiring a hands-on Crew Leader to manage a 1–4 person crew in Cincinnati, OH. You will oversee daily landscaping operations, ensure quality, train team members, and handle tasks from mowing to bed maintenance while maintaining safety and reliability on the job site.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 20 years old.
• Valid driver’s license; CDL not required.
• Eligible to work in the U.S.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and work outdoors in all weather.
• Basic English communication.
• Must use PPE and maintain safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Overseeing daily landscaping operations.

What You’ll Do

  • Mowing, pruning, planting, and general groundskeeping
  • Perennial bed maintenance
  • Equipment operation and upkeep
• Maintaining a safe, efficient worksite
• Operating trucks, trailers, and landscaping equipment

This is a hands‑on leadership role, perfect for someone who thrives outdoors and leads by example.

What We’re Looking For

• Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record (CDL not required)
• At least 20 years old
• Eligible to work in the U.S.
• Able to lift and carry up to 50 lbsli>
• Comfortable working outdoors in all weather
• Basic English communication skills
• Strong attention to detail and safety
• Must use Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)

Preferred Experience

• Previous landscaping or groundskeeping experience
• Familiarity with tools such as hand saws, pruners, mowers, weed eaters, and blowers
• Experience supervising a small team or crew
