GroundSystems in Blue Ash, Ohio is seeking a hands-on Crew Leader to manage a small landscaping crew and mentor team members.

You will oversee daily operations, ensure quality, train crew, and perform groundskeeping tasks across enhancement projects. This role suits someone with landscaping experience who wants to grow into leadership and lead by example on outdoor sites.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 20 years old.
• Eligible to work in the U.S.
• Valid driver’s license (CDL not required)
• Able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs
• Comfortable working outdoors in all weather
• Basic English communication skills
• Strong attention to detail and safety
• Must use Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)

What You'll Do

As a Crew Leader, you'll lead a crew of 1–4 members and be responsible for:

• Overseeing daily landscaping operations
• Ensuring quality control and project standards
• Training and supervising crew members
• Performing and guiding tasks such as:
• Mowing, pruning, planting, and general groundskeeping
• Perennial bed maintenance
• Equipment operation and upkeep

Maintaining a safe, efficient worksite Operating trucks, trailers, and landscaping equipment

This is a hands‑on leadership role, perfect for someone who thrives outdoors and leads by example.

What We're Looking For

• Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record (CDL not required)
• At least 20 years old
