Job summary

ABC Home & Commercial Services in Austin, TX seeks a Landscape Crew Leader to manage a crew and deliver high-quality landscaping work with professionalism and outstanding customer service.

You will review landscape designs with the Salesperson, direct workflow, supervise crew drivers if needed, and ensure work sites are prepared and cleaned after job completion. A valid TX driver’s license and 2 years of landscaping experience are required.

Qualifications

• Must hold a valid driver\'s license with issue date at least five years prior.
• Minimum 2 years landscaping experience.
• Ability to work outside for long periods in varying temperatures.
• English speaking required.
• Ability to prioritize workload and work under pressure.
• Experience with routes, service stops, and meeting deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Review landscape design with the Salesperson and direct workflow for the crew.
• Instruct crew on proper handling of landscaping equipment and safety procedures.
• Familiarize with customer expectations and sales agreements.
• Direct workflow and work performed by the crew.
• Prepare the work site, including digging, planting, sod, mulch, and light construction work.
• Learn basics of construction and small-scale projects as per contract.
• Clean the work area and haul away debris upon completion.
