Job summary

ABC Home & Commercial Services is seeking a Residential Lawn Maintenance Crew Leader in the Austin area. You will lead a crew to complete mowing, edging, trimming, and related outdoor tasks with a focus on quality service and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities include verifying locations, following route notes, and ensuring equipment is maintained and safe. A valid driver\'s license and 1–3 years of lawn experience are preferred; English speaking is advantageous.

Qualifications

• Previous Lawn Maintenance experience (1–3 years) preferred.
• Must hold a valid driver\'s license with at least five years since issue date.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• English speaking preferred; bilingual a plus.

Responsibilities

• Verifies property address/location before services.
• Reads notes and follows special instructions for route.
• Ensures mowing, trimming, edging, blowing, and all lawn maintenance tasks are completed professionally.
• Operates and maintains lawn equipment; trains crew on safety procedures.
• Directs workflow and supervises crew; aligns with customer expectations.
• Ensures equipment is loaded, cleaned, and functional; reports malfunctions.
• Meets route deadlines and informs Service Manager of completed or skipped services.
