We are seeking experienced Landscape Crew Leader / Drivers for our Austin, TX location. The Landscape Crew Leader is responsible for leading a landscaping crew, operating company vehicles, and ensuring high-quality work is completed safely, efficiently, and on schedule. This role requires hands‑on landscaping experience, leadership skills, and a strong commitment to customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise a landscaping crew on daily job sites


• Drive company trucks and trailers to and from job locations safely


• Perform and oversee landscape maintenance tasks including mowing, trimming, edging, pruning, mulching, and debris cleanup


• Ensure all work meets company quality standards and client expectations


• Assign tasks to crew members and provide on-the-job training


• Load, unload, and maintain landscaping tools and equipment


• Enforce safety procedures and proper use of equipment


• Communicate with supervisors regarding job progress, issues, and material needs


• Complete daily job reports and time tracking as required


• Maintain a clean and professional job site at all times
