Job summary

BrightView is seeking a Crew Leader to supervise landscape operations at client sites, directing a crew of 2–5 to complete tasks safely and to BrightView’s standards. You will oversee maintenance, installation, irrigation support, and seasonal color work, while ensuring exceptional client satisfaction through effective team leadership and reliable service delivery.

This role requires strong communication with the Operations Manager, scheduling, and proactive problem solving to improve efficiency

Qualifications

• BrightView Equipment certifications required.
• Experience in a landscape-related field.
• Demonstrated leadership among the team and peers.
• Valid Driver License.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a schedule and ensure service expectations are met.
• Oversee day-to-day site operations and delegate work to crew members.
• Coordinate service execution with Operations Manager.
• Ensure work is performed safely and per company policies.
• Provide feedback on crew performance and assist in training.
• Capture crew time logs and log equipment usage.
