Job summary

BrightView Holdings, Inc. is seeking a Crew Leader to oversee landscape operations at client sites, supervising a crew of 2-5 to ensure tasks are completed safely and to BrightView standards.

You will lead service lines including basic maintenance, installation, irrigation, seasonal color management, and chemical applications, while maintaining client satisfaction through strong team leadership and service delivery.

Qualifications

• BrightView Equipment certifications.
• Experience in a landscape-related field.
• Demonstrated leadership among the team and with peers.
• Valid Driver License.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day site operations and delegate work to crew team members.
• Maintain a schedule and ensure service expectations are met.
• Ensure equipment maintenance is performed as needed and equipment is in good working order.
• Log crew time using electronic time capture (ETC).
• Coordinate service execution with Operations Manager and report feedback.
