Job summary

BrightView is seeking a Crew Leader to oversee landscape operations at client sites, supervising a crew of 2–5 team members to complete tasks safely and to BrightView’s quality standards. You will supervise maintenance, installation and services such as irrigation and seasonal color management, while maintaining client satisfaction through strong team leadership and reliable service delivery.

Experience in landscape-related fields, valid driver's license, and BrightView equipment certifications

Qualifications

• BrightView Equipment certifications.
• Experience in a landscape-related field.
• Demonstrated leadership among the team.
• Valid Driver License.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a schedule and ensure service expectations are met.
• Oversee day-to-day site operations and delegate work to crew.
• Coordinate service execution with Operations Manager.
• Provide feedback on crew members and assist in training.
• Ensure equipment maintenance and safety compliance.
• Log crew time and equipment usage.
