Job summary

BrightView Landscapes is seeking a Crew Leader to oversee landscape operations at client sites in Reno, NV. You will manage a 2–5 person crew to complete maintenance, installation, irrigation, and seasonal color services with a focus on safety and quality.

You will supervise daily activities, coordinate with the Operations Manager, and help train crew members while ensuring client satisfaction and adherence to BrightView standards.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a crew in landscape operations.
• Valid driver license and clean driving record.
• BrightView equipment certifications or equivalent training.
• Demonstrated leadership among team members and peers.

Responsibilities

• Maintain schedule and meet service expectations.
• Oversee day-to-day site operations and delegate tasks.
• Coordinate service execution with Operations Manager.
• Ensure safety and compliance with company policies.
• Support training and development of crew members.
