GroundSystems, Inc. in Blue Ash, Ohio is seeking a hands-on Crew Leader to manage and mentor a 1–4 person landscaping crew, blending fieldwork with leadership to ensure high-quality service.

You will oversee daily operations, train crew, maintain safety, and operate equipment, with year-round, full-time employment and strong benefits.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record (CDL not required).
• At least 20 years old.
• Eligible to work in the U.S.
• Able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
• Comfortable working outdoors in all weather.
• Strong attention to detail and safety.
• Must use Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).

What You’ll Do

As a Crew Leader, you'll lead a crew of 1–4 members and be responsible for:

What We’re Looking For

Preferred Experience:

• Familiarity with tools such as hand saws, pruners, mowers, weed eaters, and blowers
• Experience supervising a small team or crew
