GroundSystems in Cincinnati, Ohio is seeking an Enhancement Crew Leader to manage and mentor a landscaping crew on year-round, full-time projects. This hands-on role blends fieldwork with leadership to ensure high-quality service and efficient workflows.

You will oversee daily operations, train crew members, and maintain safety standards while using typical landscaping tools and equipment. Strong outdoors suitability and basic English are required.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old and eligible to work in the U.S.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record (CDL not required).
• Able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
• Comfortable working outdoors in all weather.
• Basic English communication skills.
• Experience supervising a small crew or team.

What You'll Do

• Overseeing daily landscaping operations
• Ensuring quality control and project standards
• Training and supervising crew members
• Performing and guiding tasks such as:
• Mowing, pruning, planting, and general groundskeeping
• Perennial bed maintenance
• Equipment operation and upkeep
• Maintaining a safe, efficient worksite
• Operating trucks, trailers, and landscaping equipment

This is a hands‑on leadership role, perfect for someone who thrives outdoors and leads by example.

What We're Looking For

• Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record (CDL not required)
• At least 20 years old
• Eligible to work in the U.S.
• Able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs
• Comfortable working outdoors in all weather
• Basic English communication skills
• Strong attention to detail and safety
• Must use Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)

Preferred Experience

• Previous landscaping or groundskeeping experience
• Familiarity with tools such as hand saws, pruners, mowers, weed eaters, and blowers
• Experience supervising a small team or crew
