Smith Lawnscapes LLC in Kentucky seeks a dependable Landscape Crew Leader to guide a small crew through planting, mulching, pruning, edging, stone work and more, ensuring safety and quality.

You will train and motivate 2+ crew members, coordinate daily tasks, communicate with customers, keep projects on schedule, and participate in snow removal when needed. We offer growth, training, benefits, and a family-friendly culture.

Qualifications

• Landscaping experience is required/preferred for leadership role.
• Leadership experience is preferred for guiding a crew.
• Knowledge of landscape maintenance and installation practices.
• Ability to operate landscape equipment safely.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record; CDL desired, Chauffeur’s license a must.
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs. and perform physical labor in various weather conditions.

• Lead, motivate and train a landscape crew of 2+ crew members
• Coordinate and perform daily tasks that include planting, mulching, pruning, edging, stone work and more

• Ability to work under pressure and tight deadlines

Working Conditions:
