Environmental Designs is seeking a dependable landscape crew member in Castle Rock, CO to help uphold company standards in all client and team interactions. You will assist managers with morning safety meetings, perform daily safety inspections, and coordinate accurate timekeeping and job-site paperwork.

Responsibilities include landscape maintenance such as pruning, planting, and mowing, plus reporting equipment issues and ensuring safe operation.

Qualifications

• General knowledge of landscape maintenance and landscape construction.
• Supervisor experience; 3+ year managing crews.
• Ability to pass driving requirements.
• Strong conflict resolution skills.
• Valid drivers’ license and ability to meet company guidelines for driver eligibility

Responsibilities

• Maintain company standards in all interactions with clients and personnel.
• Assist managers in conducting morning safety meetings.
• Ensure daily safety inspections of equipment, vehicles, and job site.
• Complete daily paperwork including timesheets, mileage, vehicle/equipment usage, and billing sheets for extra work.
• Perform landscape maintenance duties such as pruning, planting and mowing.
• Initiate repair of malfunctioning or unsafe equipment.
• Communicate with Supervisor on crew, equipment, and job-related concerns.
