Job summary

Environmental Designs in Loveland, CO is seeking a Landscape Crew Supervisor to help maintain company standards in client interactions and on-site work. You will assist managers in daily safety meetings, ensure safety inspections, and oversee daily paperwork for crews and job sites.

You’ll perform landscape maintenance tasks, initiate repairs on unsafe equipment, and communicate with the supervisor on crew and equipment issues.

Qualifications

• General knowledge of landscape maintenance and landscape construction.
• 3+ years supervising crews.
• Ability to pass driving requirements.
• Strong conflict resolution skills.
• Valid drivers’ license and ability to meet company guidelines for driver eligibility.

Responsibilities

• Maintain company standards in all interactions, including with clients and personnel.
• Assist managers in conducting morning safety meetings.
• Ensure daily safety inspections of equipment, vehicles, and job site.
• Complete daily paperwork, including timesheets, mileage, vehicles and equipment usage, and billing sheets for extra work.
• Perform landscape and street maintenance duties (pruning, planting, mowing).
• Initiate repair of any malfunctioning or unsafe equipment.
• Communicate with Supervisor on crew, equipment issues, and job concerns.
