Job summary

BrightView is hiring a Crew Leader to supervise day-to-day site operations, manage crew workloads, and uphold safety and quality standards on landscape projects. You will schedule crew activities, monitor service levels, and seek efficiencies in how work is performed.

Strong communication with the Production Manager is essential to maintain client satisfaction. The role emphasizes hands-on leadership, training support for crew members, accurate time logging, and adherence to BrightView’s safety

Qualifications

• Equivalent experience in a landscape-related field.

Responsibilities

• Overseeing day-to-day site operations and delegating work to crew members.
• Maintaining a schedule and ensuring service expectations are met.
• Identifying more efficient ways to perform work.
• Surfacing client concerns to the Production Manager and assisting in achieving a resolution.
• Providing the Production Manager with feedback on crew members and aiding in training.
• Turning in accurate crew time logs.
• Ensuring all crew members perform their work safely and that equipment is well maintained.
