Job summary

BrightView is seeking a Crew Leader to oversee landscape operations at client sites, supervising a 2–5 person crew and ensuring tasks are completed safely and to BrightView standards. The role covers maintenance, installation, irrigation, seasonal color management, and chemical applications.

Leading by example, you will monitor schedules, resolve issues with customer service when needed, and coordinate with the Operations Manager to meet client expectations, while maintaining high-quality

Qualifications

• Must have BrightView Equipment certifications.
• Experience in a landscape-related field is required.
• Demonstrated leadership among the team and with peers.
• A valid Driver License is required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a schedule and ensure service expectations are met.
• Supervise a crew of 2–5 team members and delegate work.
• Ensure work is performed safely and in accordance with company policies.
• Communicate regularly with Operations Manager to meet client needs and expectations.
• Oversee day-to-day site operations and provide feedback on crew members.
