Job summary

BrightView is seeking a Crew Leader to oversee landscape operations at client sites, managing a crew of 2–5 to complete tasks safely, efficiently, and to BrightView’s quality standards. You will supervise multiple service lines including basic maintenance, installation, irrigation, color management, and chemical applications while ensuring client satisfaction.

This role requires hands-on leadership, strong communication with the Operations Manager, and a commitment to safety and reliability.

Qualifications

• Experience leading landscape teams and coordinating field crews.
• Demonstrated ability to supervise multiple service lines (maintenance, installation, irrigation).
• Commitment to safety policies and quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a schedule and ensure service expectations are met.
• Surface customer problems or concerns and report to Operations Manager.
• Assist in resolving issues with customer service when needed.
• Ensure work is performed safely and in accordance with company policies.
• Communicate with Operations Manager to meet client needs.
• Deliver services as specified on client sites.
• Oversee day-to-day site operations and delegate work to crew.
• Provide feedback on crew performance and training needs.
• Log equipment usage and time logs.
