Job summary

BrightView, the nation’s leading landscape company, is seeking a Landscaping Crew Leader in Indianapolis, IN. This is not an entry-level role; candidates must have at least 1 year of verifiable experience.

Starting rate is $19 per hour and could increase based on experience and certifications. You will lead 2-5 team members, oversee maintenance, installation, irrigation, and other services, while ensuring safety and quality.

Qualifications

• Valid Driver’s License must be held.
• Chauffeur’s endorsement preferred.
• Minimum of 1 year landscaping crew leader experience.
• Additional checks may be discussed at interview/onboarding.

Responsibilities

• Overseeing day-to-day site operations and delegating work to crew members.
• Maintaining a schedule and ensuring service expectations are met.
• Identifying more efficient ways to perform work.
• Escalating client concerns to the Production Manager and assisting in resolutions.
• Providing feedback on crew members and supporting training.
• Ensuring crew safety and keeping equipment in good working order.
