Job summary

BrightView is seeking a Landscaping Crew Leader in Indianapolis, IN. This is not an entry-level role; candidates must have at least 1 year of verifiable crew leadership experience in landscaping. Starting pay is $19 per hour, with potential increases based on experience and licenses.

Responsibilities include overseeing daily site operations, scheduling, safety, crew development, and time-logging, while ensuring client satisfaction and efficient work processes.

Qualifications

• Valid Driver's License required.
• Chauffeur’s/For Hire Endorsement preferred.
• Minimum 1 year Landscaping Crew Leader experience.
• Additional checks may exist and will be discussed at interview/onboarding.

Responsibilities

• Overseeing day-to-day site operations and delegating work to crew members.
• Maintaining a schedule and ensuring service expectations are met.
• Identifying more efficient ways to perform work.
• Surfacing client concerns to the Production Manager and assisting in achieving a resolution.
• Providing the Production Manager with feedback on crew members.
• Assisting the Production Manager in the development and training of crew members.
• Turning in accurate crew time logs.
• Ensuring all crew members perform their work safely and in accordance with company policies.
• Logging equipment usage and maintenance cycles.
