Job summary

BrightView Landscapes in Louisville, KY seeks a Crew Leader to guide 2-5 crew members, ensuring safe, efficient, high-quality delivery across maintenance, installations, irrigation, and seasonal color work.

Qualifications

• Equivalent experience in a landscape-related field.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day site operations and delegate work to crew members.
• Maintain a schedule and ensure service expectations are met.
• Identify more efficient ways to perform work.
• Surface client concerns to the Production Manager and assist in resolution.
• Provide the Production Manager with feedback on crew members.
• Assist in development and training of crew members.
• Turn in accurate crew time logs.
• Ensure all crew members work safely and in accordance with company policies.
• Ensure equipment is in good working order and receive preventative maintenance.
• Log equipment usage and maintenance cycles.
