Job summary

BrightView is seeking a Landscaping Crew Leader in Columbus, OH. You will lead 2–5 team members, ensure tasks are completed safely and to quality standards, and oversee changes across maintenance, installation, irrigation, and seasonal color management.

Requires at least 1 year of Landscaping Crew Leader experience and a valid Driver’s License with Chauffeur’s endorsement; not an entry-level role. Salary ranges from $19 to $22 per hour, depending on experience and certifications.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of Landscaping Crew Leader experience with a verifiable employer.
• Valid Driver's License with a Chauffeur’s endorsement.
• Not entry level; prior Landscaping Crew Leader experience required.
• Resume required; applications without resumes will be rejected.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day site operations and delegate tasks to crew members.
• Maintain a schedule and ensure service expectations are met.
• Ensure safety and quality across basic maintenance, landscape installation, irrigation, and color management.
• Provide feedback and assist in the training of crew members.
• Turn in accurate crew time logs.
