Job summary

Landscape Workshop in Orange County, FL is seeking a full-time Landscape Field Manager to lead crew members and oversee daily landscaping tasks on client properties. The role requires a valid driver’s license and the ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.

You will assist in scheduling, coordinate timekeeping for the crew, and communicate with clients to address property needs while maintaining high standards of quality and service.

Qualifications

• Valid U.S. driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
• Lift up to 50 lbs. and operate landscape equipment safely.
• Experience operating landscape equipment (string trimmers, pruners, mowers, edgers).
• Strong teamwork and ability to manage a weekly schedule.
• Time-management and high-quality service orientation.
• Ability to lead/train crew members when needed.
• At least 1 year relevant landscaping experience.
• English-speaking preferred; bilingual is a plus.

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and operate walk-behind mowers up to 80 lbs.
• Experience operating landscape equipment safely (string trimmers, pruners, mowers, edgers, etc.)
• Strong teamwork skills and ability to manage a weekly schedule
• Motivated to provide high-quality service with strong time-management skills
• Ability to communicate effectively, lead, and train crew members when needed
• Ability to identify and address quality issues as they arise
• At least 1 year relevant experience
• English-speaking preferred; bilingual is a plus
