ALM Commercial Landscaping in Decatur, AL is hiring Landscape Crew & Drivers to serve our commercial and residential clients. Full-time positions are available with weekly pay; drivers must have a valid license, clean driving record, and pass a pre-employment drug screen. Qualifications

• 1 year of landscape or lawn care experience preferred; training available.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Drivers Only—Valid Driver’s License with clean driving record; ability to pass pre-employment background and drug screening; must be at least 21 years old.
• Familiarity with hand tools commonly used in landscaping.
• Ability to follow instructions and work independently or as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Mowing lawns using push and riding mowers.
• Trimming and edging using gas-powered trimmers.
• Hand pulling weeds.
• Picking up trash and yard debris.
• Operating backpack blower to blow leaves and/or grass clippings.
• Drivers Only—Driving company vehicle to and from work sites with crew members.
• Other responsibilities as directed

ALM Commercial Landscaping is searching forLandscape Crew & Drivers to perform a variety of lawn care maintenance services for our commercial and residential clients to join our new Decatur office! Our Driver's must have a valid driver's license and clean driving record and able to pass a pre-employment drug screen. These positions are fulltime and benefit eligible positions and we pay weekly. We are looking for candidates who want a long-term career and we are ready to invest in their growth!

• Must be able to lift 50lbs and walk 10+ miles a day
