Job summary

Cutters Edge is hiring a Landscape Production Manager in Boynton Beach, FL. You will plan, schedule, and direct crew work to deliver high-quality landscape services and exceptional customer support.

The role is full-time with benefits and a collaborative culture that emphasizes mentorship and skill development for team members at all levels.

Qualifications

Minimum 5 years in landscaping; 1–2 years in supervision.
Excellent communication; bilingual preferred (English and Spanish, French or Creole).
Strong leadership and ability to instruct others.
Proficient with computers and technology.
Must be 21+ to drive company vehicles with trailers.
Driver’s license with clean record; pass background and drug screening.
Chemical Applicators or Irrigation License ideal.
Familiar with OSHA/Safety standards and compliance.
High level of accuracy, attention to detail, and follow-through.
Dependable and able to handle multiple tasks independently.

Responsibilities

Supervise assigned crews and ensure daily tasks are completed.
Distribute daily paperwork and oversee equipment allocation.
Conduct weekly equipment checks and daily safety inspections.
Lead weekly production and safety meetings.
Generate work orders and address issues at properties.
Liaise with property managers and board members for reviews.
Manage crew training and oversee project execution.
Handle billing, collections and inventory management.
Maintain company vehicles and schedule maintenance.
Attend board meetings and ensure safety compliance.

Cutters Edge-North is searching for a LandscapeProduction Manager to its growing team! This role will plan, schedule and direct crew member work and deliver high levels of quality work and customer service to our customers.

This is a fulltime, benefit eligible role with a collaborative team culture where new hires are actively developed and mentored. We support a learning culture, where employees are encouraged to advance their skills through training, education, and on-the-job experience.

Duties and responsibilities:

Supervise assigned crews and ensure adherence to daily tasks.
Distribute daily paperwork and oversee equipment allocation.
Conduct weekly equipment checks and daily safety inspections.
Coordinate and lead weekly production and safety meetings.
Generate work orders for serviced properties and address issues promptly.
Liaise with property managers and board members for property reviews.
Manage crew training and oversee project execution.
Handle billing, collections, and inventory management.
Maintain company vehicles and adhere to maintenance schedules.
Conduct regular safety equipment inspections and attend board meetings.
Collaborate with senior management for scheduling and project updates.

Minimum Qualifications

Minimum 5 years’ experience working in landscaping field position required; ideally 1 to 2 years of supervisory experience
Excellent communication skills; bilingual is preferred (English AND Spanish, French or Creole)
Strong leadership skills with ability to direct and instruct others
Comfortable using computers and other forms of technology is needed
Must be 21 years of age or older to drive company vehicles with trailers
Valid Driver’s License with clean driving record and ability to pass pre-employment background and drug screening
Chemical Applicators License or Irrigation License is ideal
Familiar with OSHA/Safety standards and able to ensure teams follow protocols
High level of accuracy, attention to detail and follow-through is a must
Dependable and able to work independently on multiple tasks
Professional demeanor and attitude and open to feedback and continual learning

Working conditions: This job operates in an outdoor setting approximately 80%-90%+ of the time, assessing quality, training, meeting customers, and evaluating work in progress.Must be able to drive to 1 or more job locations daily.

This role routinely uses landscaping tools and equipment and occasionally may operate machinery. This role may operate large equipment. This employee drives a company vehicle (truck/trailer).

Physical requirements: This position will have to work odd or long hours at any-time to complete special requests for projects/customers jobs. Requires ability to lift 40 lbs., walk 3-4 miles daily on job sites, and tolerate heat and cold extremes.
