Job description

Within our extensive family of companies, your current team will have the opportunity to advance their careers and take on new and more senior roles.
Employee experience

I’m excited because I don’t want to stay in the same position. I want to keep moving to the top, as far as I can go.

We’ve been pleased, the transition has been seamless. Our production teams have continued to work as Woodlake Outdoor.

We’ve had the benefit of new operational software and additional resources and rolling it out through our team

We’ve been able to benefit from the additional support services provided by LMC Landscape Partners including software upgrades and updates, and mentorship.

I am most excited about the opportunities we are going to provide and are be provided to our mid level managers that would not be available if we stayed stagnant.

It opened up a lot of doors I didn’t know were available to me

There’s been a lot of changes that came with the transition. Mostly just implementing new programs and benefits for the employees which was a major plus of having the partners come into the company.
