Job summary

ALM Commercial Landscaping in Alabama is hiring Landscape Crew Drivers to perform lawn care maintenance for commercial and residential clients. The role is full-time with benefits, weekly payroll, and opportunities for long-term growth.

A valid driver's license and clean driving record are required, and the company supports career development. You will operate mowers, trimmers, and blowers, assist with landscaping tasks, and drive the company vehicle with the crew.

Qualifications

• 1 year landscape/lawn care experience preferred; training possible.
• Valid Driver’s License with clean driving record and ability to pass background/drug screening.
• Familiarity with hand tools commonly used in landscaping.
• Ability to follow instructions and work independently or as part of a team.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Must be able to work outside in all weather conditions.
• Must be able to lift 50lbs and walk 10+ miles a day.

Responsibilities

• Mowing lawns using push and riding mowers.
• Trimming and edging using gas powered trimmers.
• Hand pulling weeds.
• Picking up trash and yard debris.
• Operating backpack blower to blow leaves and/or grass clippings.
• Driving company vehicle to and from work sites with crew members.
• Other responsibilities as directed.

ALM Commercial Landscaping is searching for Landscape Crew Drivers to perform a variety of lawn care maintenance services for our commercial and residential clients. Our Crews must have a valid driver's license and clean driving record. Landscape Crew Drivers are fulltime and benefit eligible positions and we pay weekly. We are looking for candidates who want a long-term career and we are ready to invest in their growth!

• Mowing lawns using push and riding mowers
