Job summary

ALM Commercial Landscaping is seeking Landscape Crew Drivers to support our commercial and residential clients in Montgomery, AL. This full-time, benefits-eligible role offers weekly pay and long-term career growth opportunities.

Drivers must have a valid license, clean record, and be able to pass background and drug screening. Responsibilities include mowing, edging, weed control, debris cleanup, and operating landscape tools.

Qualifications

• 1 year landscape/lawn care experience preferred; open to training.
• Valid Driver’s License with clean driving record and ability to pass background/drug screening.
• Familiarity with hand tools commonly used in landscaping.
• Ability to follow instructions and work independently or in a team.
• Must work outside in all weather and lift 50lbs; walk 10+ miles daily.

• Mowing lawns using push and riding mowers.
• Trimming and edging using gas powered trimmers.
• Hand pulling weeds.
• Picking up trash and yard debris.
• Operating backpack blower to blow leaves and/or grass clippings.
• Driving company vehicle to and from work sites with crew members.
• Other responsibilities as directed.

ALM Commercial Landscaping is searching for Landscape Crew Drivers to perform a variety of lawn care maintenance services for our commercial and residential clients. Our Crews must have a valid driver's license and clean driving record. Landscape Crew Drivers are fulltime and benefit eligible positions and we pay weekly. We are looking for candidates who want a long-term career and we are ready to invest in their growth!

Responsibilities

• Mowing lawns using push and riding mowers
• Trimming and edging using gas powered trimmers
• Hand pulling weeds
• Picking up trash and yard debris
• Operating backpack blower to blow leaves and/or grass clippings
• Driving company vehicle to and from work sites with crew members
• Other responsibilities as directed
