Job summary

Piedmont Carolina Operations LLC is seeking a Landscape Construction Operations Manager for Colfax/Greensboro, NC. You will own landscape installation projects from handoff to completion, lead crews, manage schedules, ensure quality and safety, and coordinate with vendors and the nursery team.

This role emphasizes field leadership, customer communication, and rigorous cost tracking while partnering with design/sales and maintenance teams to deliver a seamless client experience.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional landscape construction or installation experience.
• Experience leading crews, foremen or field teams and managing multiple projects.
• Strong plant-material knowledge and landscape installation practices.
• Ability to read and execute landscape plans and use construction materials/techniques.
• Strong scheduling, organization, problem-solving and customer communication.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute landscape construction projects from sales/design handoff through completion.
• Develop schedules and coordinate crews, materials, vendors and subcontractors.
• Lead installation crews, scheduling, supervision, training, productivity and safety.
• Review plans, coordinate site prep and preconstruction requirements.
• Source plant material with nursery team and manage customer expectations during installation.
• Track job costs and compare to estimates; manage changes and approvals.
• Maintain equipment and coordinate repairs; improve operating processes.
