You will read blueprints, plan daily tasks, manage timelines and budgets, and mentor crew members to uphold the New Garden Way while delivering exceptional outdoor spaces.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in landscape construction (5+ years preferred).
• Valid Class C driver’s license.
• Proficient in operating heavy and small equipment safely.
• Proven ability to read and interpret landscape designs.
• Leadership experience managing crews of 2-5 employees.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Certified or trained in chainsaw, skid steer, and equipment operation preferred.
• Completion of required safety courses and annual in-house training.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain hand tools, power tools, and equipment safely and efficiently.
• Safely operate loaders, skid steers, excavators, and compactors (gas/diesel).
• Read and interpret blueprints, plans, and layouts for construction jobs.
• Lead a crew of 2-5 team members with clear communication, delegation, and accountability.
• Promote and enforce company and OSHA safety policies on all jobsites.
• Represent the company professionally with clients, vendors, and the public.
