Country Arbors Nursery is seeking a Landscape Construction Crew Member for the peak season. You will join a crew performing site preparation, planting, and hardscape installation, with emphasis on safety and quality workmanship.

The role offers consistent seasonal hours and opportunities for advancement to lead positions based on performance and experience. Must be able to work outdoors and lift heavy materials throughout the day.

Qualifications

• 1–3+ years in landscape construction or related field.
• Experience as laborer, hardscape installer, or landscape technician is preferred.
• Knowledge of pavers, retaining walls, and drainage systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform landscape construction and installation tasks.
• Install hardscape features (paver patios, walkways, walls).
• Plant trees, shrubs, and perennials.
• Grade, excavate, and install drainage.
• Prepare sites and complete finish work.
• Operate landscape and construction tools safely.
• Maintain a clean, safe jobsite and work with crew.

Landscape Construction Crew Member (Seasonal, Full-Time)

Key Responsibilities

• Landscape construction and installation
• Hardscape installation (paver patios, walkways, retaining walls)
• Planting trees, shrubs, and perennials
• Grading, excavation, and drainage installation
• Site preparation and finish work
• Operate landscape and construction tools and equipment
• Maintain jobsite safety and cleanliness
• Work as part of a landscape construction crew

Required Experience & Skills

• 1–3+ years landscape construction experience
• Experience as alandscape laborer, hardscape installer, or landscape technician
• Knowledge of pavers, retaining walls, and drainage systems preferred
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physical outdoor work
• Reliable transportation and strong attendance
• Valid driver’s license preferred
• $20.00 – $26.00 per hour(based on experience)
• Advancement opportunities to Crew Lead / Foreman
