Job summary

Lakeshore Landscaping in Minneapolis, MN is seeking a Landscape Crew Member to join a skilled team delivering residential and commercial outdoor spaces. You will install mulch beds, plantings, and hardscape features, read project plans, operate landscape equipment, and work safely with a 2-4 person crew to meet project schedules.

Starting pay begins at $35 per hour with potential for higher compensation based on experience.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of landscape installation, enhancements, or hardscape experience.
• Knowledge of planting techniques, mulch installation, grading, and drainage.
• Experience installing retaining walls, pavers, patios, and other hardscape elements.
• Ability to lift 50 pounds regularly and work outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Valid driver’s license; trailer-towing experience a plus.
• Strong work ethic with dependable attendance and punctuality.
• Ability to work independently after direction while contributing to a team.
• Commitment to quality workmanship and job site safety.

• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work site.
• Work efficiently as part of a 2-4 person crew to complete projects on schedule.
• Communicate professionally with crew leaders, team members, and occasionally customers on-site.

As a Landscape Crew Member, you'll be part of a team creating beautiful, functional outdoor spaces for residential and commercial clients. From landscape enhancements to hardscape installations, you'll take pride in delivering high-quality work while collaborating with a supportive crew.

• Install and maintain mulch beds, trees, shrubs, flowers, and seasonal landscape enhancements.

• Knowledge of proper planting techniques, mulch installation, grading, and basic drainage practices.
• Experience installing retaining wall systems, pavers, patios, and other hardscape elements.
• Ability to safely lift 50 pounds or more on a regular basis and work outdoors in a variety of weather conditions.
• Valid driver's license required; experience towing trailers is a plus.
• Strong work ethic with dependable attendance and punctuality.
• Ability to work independently after receiving direction while contributing positively to a team environment.
• Commitment to quality workmanship and job site safety.
