Job summary

Landscapes By Terra is seeking a motivated landscape laborer to support crews in Marysville, OH. You will load and unload trucks, assist on site with planting, pruning, and moving materials, and help with lawn care tasks across seasons.

The role emphasizes safety, teamwork, and reliable operation of power equipment. A valid license and basic experience are preferred, with bilingual Spanish a plus for this team.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of landscape experience (preferred).
• 1+ year general labor experience (preferred).
• Valid driver’s license with <2 points (preferred).
• Bilingual in Spanish (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Load/unload truck and trailer under direction of Foreman
• Assist in all jobsite duties including construction, planting & moving materials
• Perform landscape maintenance work including weeding, edging, digging, planting & moving/spreading materials
• Maintain standards of cleanliness, organization & safety with assigned trucks, trailers, equipment and jobsites
• General lawn maintenance and seasonal lawn preparation (Spring/Fall clean-up)
• Hardscape construction for residential and commercial clients (digging holes and trenches, excavating for hardscaping features, and hauling or spreading topsoil, gravel, sand, mulch, or other materials)
• Apply landscaping products and treatments under the direction of a licensed commercial applicator.
• Work alongside crew members to ensure proper safety, quality, and productivity
• Ensure that all work activities are carried out in a safe and efficient manner
• Operate power equipment including, but not limited to, masonry saw, skid steer & mini excavator

Physical Requirements
