You will perform landscape maintenance and installation work across Des Moines and surrounding areas, collaborating with a foreperson to deliver safe and quality results for residential and commercial clients.

JOB SUMMARY:

The Landscape Construction Crew Member is responsible for working as a team member under the direct supervision of the Operations Manager. You will be responsible for performing Landscape maintenance and installation services throughout Des Moines and surrounded areas while working in an efficient manner, promoting job worksite safety, providing excellent customer service, and exhibiting pride and quality workmanship.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

Report for duty at designated location on time each day Must have valid First-Aid and CPR cards or be willing to obtain one Participate in weekly Safety Tailgate meetings and comply with all safety rules and company safety policies Follow directions from Landscape Foreperson and Supervisor Perform other duties as related or assigned in all service areas of Wright Outdoor Solutions including: arbor care, plant health care, exterior maintenance, mowing, holiday lights and snow removal

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES REQUIRED:

• Ability to reach, climb, kneel, lift (up to 100 lbs.) and walk for extended periods of time
• Ability to endure repetitive twisting and bending motions
• Must have a positive attitude with a desire to learn

• Must be self-motivated, detail oriented and quality driven
• Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing priorities
