Job summary

Wright Outdoor Solutions is seeking a Seasonal Enhancement Crew Member to tackle outdoor maintenance projects across spring and fall seasons in Central Iowa. You’ll perform gardening, exterior upkeep, planting, weeding, and seasonal color work while adhering to safety standards.

Candidates should be able to lift up to 50 lbs, work outdoors in varying weather, and learn on the job. Valid driver's license and CPR/First-Aid readiness are preferred.

Qualifications

• Ability to perform manual outdoor labor in all weather conditions.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Must be able to read and follow safety instructions.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to seasonal tasks.

Responsibilities

• Conduct seasonal maintenance projects including spring and fall cleanup.

JOB SUMMARY:

The Enhancement Crew Member is responsible for various seasonal maintenance projects based on the seasonality of the industry.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

Valid Iowa driver’s license and a clean driving record Must have valid First-Aid and CPR cards or be willing to obtain one Must be professional in appearance and actions Must be well organized with the ability to multi-task If no prior experience, the willingness and self motivation to learn

Ability to reach, climb, kneel, lift (up to 50 lbs.) and walk for extended periods of time Excellent communication skills Ability to read and complete daily paperwork Strong communication and organizational skills Ability to work independently and on a team in a fast-paced environment Ability to read, write and speak English sufficient to perform job duties and to interact and communicate with employees and vendors
