Job summary

Mariani Enterprises, LLC is seeking Landscape Maintenance Crew Members to join our team and apply horticultural expertise to high-end residential and commercial landscapes. You will be a key player in seasonal pruning projects, shaping trees and shrubs with an eye for detail.

You will perform mowing, edging, trimming, planting, weed removal, and operate equipment like mowers, trimmers, blowers, and tillers while working in varying weather conditions.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of proven work experience as a Landscaper or similar role.
• Ability to operate maintenance equipment including lawnmowers, leaf blowers and hedge trimmers.
• Physically demanding job - expect to lift heavy objects, bend, kneel, and stand for extended periods.
• Ability to work in various weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Conduct general maintenance duties such as mowing lawns, edging, and trimming.
• Plant new decorative bushes, flowers, plants and shrubs.
• Remove weeds and dead plants as needed to preserve the health and natural beauty of the plants.
• Trim overgrown limbs, hedges and leaves to ensure an appealing look to the area.
• Operating various landscaping equipment, such as mowers, trimmers, blowers, and tillers.
