Our Landscaping division is a cross-functional team of certified horticulturists, arborists, plant health and irrigation specialists working to ensure high-quality services to our clients. Job Summary

Landscaping Maintenance Crew Members make properties beautiful by mowing the loans, pulling weeds, trimming, edging, pruning hedging, blowing leaves and debris, watering, removing trash using different pieces of landscape equipment.

Job Responsibilities

• Ensure the turf is trimmed to company standards.
• Work safely wearing the assigned Personal Protection Equipment and following all our safety rules.
• Maintain vehicle and equipment cleanliness and in working order.
• Interact with our clients, coworkers, and the public in a polite friendly manner.
• Work on snow events during winter months.
• Maintain quality control of work on sites.
• Collect trash, pull, and spray weeds, trim, blow, and prune according to DCPS standard operating procedures.

• Ability to get to work on time.
• Ability to use phone applications to monitor personal hours.
• Ability to stay standing/walking throughout the day and lift up to 75lbs.
• Ability to drive/operate DCPS vehicles and equipment safely and precisely.
• Ability to work independently and efficiently with minimal supervision

RESUMEN DEL TRABAJO

Los Miembros del Equipo de Mantenimiento de Jardines embellecen las propiedades cortando el césped, quitando las malas hierbas, recortando, cortando los bordes, podando los setos, soplando las hojas y los escombros, regando y retirando la basura con diferentes equipos de jardinería.

RESPONSABILIDADES DEL TRABAJO

• Asegúrese de que el césped esté cortado según los estándares de la empresa.
• Trabaje de manera segura usando el equipo de protección personal asignado y siguiendo todas nuestras reglas de seguridad.
• Mantenga el vehículo y el equipo limpios y en buen estado de funcionamiento.
• Interactúe con nuestros clientes, compañeros de trabajo y el público de manera amable y educada.
• Trabaje en eventos de nieve durante los meses de invierno.
• Mantenga el control de calidad del trabajo en los sitios.
• Reúna la basura, quite y rocíe las malas hierbas, recorte, sople y pode de acuerdo con los procedimientos operativos estándar de DCPS.
