NatureWorks is a cutting‑edge landscape company that maintains and enhances residential estates in Metro‑West Boston. We are seeking a Landscape Construction Crew Leader to join our team. As one of our Crew Leaders, you will be an essential part of our construction teams that help build and install beautiful outdoor spaces ranging from small walkways to large pool decks. Projects will include dry and wet setting, drainage work, and hardscape prep. All facets of landscape masonry construction from prep to finish are covered.

Responsibilities

• Lead a crew of landscapers on construction projects, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and safely.
• Work under the direction of the Construction Field Operations Manager to accomplish project goals.
• Oversee grading, masonry, and hardscape installation, ensuring quality and compliance with project specifications.
• Maintain a safe work environment and enforce safety protocols.
• Coordinate with team members to schedule tasks, resolve issues, and maintain project timelines.
• Provide ongoing coaching and training to crew members to improve skills and performance.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hardscape installation experience.
• Strong knowledge and skills in grading and masonry.
• Ability to work safely, continuously learn, and collaborate as part of a team.
• Physical capability to perform essential functions: stand and walk for a minimum 8‑hour shift, lift up to 50 pounds, bend, lift, stretch, twist, reach below the waist and above the head, climb in and out of trucks, equipment, and trailers numerous times per day, and work in all weather conditions and seasons.
• Preferred but not required: driver’s license, DOT card, hoisting license, or ICPI certification.

Position Range: $30/hr - $37/hr
