Job summary

Natural World Cleaning and Services, LLC in Denver, CO is seeking an experienced Landscape Construction Estimator to join our growing construction services division on a part-time basis. You will review plans, perform takeoffs, and prepare competitive bids for commercial landscape projects.

The ideal candidate has estimating experience, knowledge of irrigation, grading, and hardscape, and is proficient with estimating software and Excel.

Qualifications

• Previous landscape construction estimating experience required.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and specifications.
• Knowledge of commercial landscaping, irrigation, grading, and hardscape.
• Experience with estimating software and Excel.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Review plans, drawings, specifications, and bid documents.
• Perform accurate material takeoffs and cost estimates.
• Prepare detailed estimates and competitive proposals for commercial landscape projects.
• Estimate costs for grading, irrigation, sod, planting, hardscaping, and related services.
• Obtain pricing from vendors and subcontractors.
• Attend pre-bid meetings and project site visits.
• Identify project requirements, risks, and cost-saving opportunities.
• Collaborate with project managers to ensure accurate budgets.
• Track bid submissions, revisions, and project opportunities.

Natural World General Contractors, LLC is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Landscape Construction Estimator to join our expanding construction services division.

The ideal candidate will have experience estimating commercial landscape construction projects, reviewing blueprints, preparing competitive bids, and calculating labor, materials, equipment, and subcontractor costs.

Key Responsibilities

• Review construction plans, drawings, specifications, and bid documents.

• Perform accurate material quantity takeoffs and cost estimates.

• Prepare detailed estimates and competitive proposals for commercial landscape construction projects.

• Estimate costs for grading, irrigation, sod, planting, hardscaping, and other landscaping services.

• Obtain and evaluate pricing from vendors and subcontractors.

• Attend pre-bid meetings and project site visits.

• Identify project requirements, potential risks, and cost-saving opportunities.

• Collaborate with project managers and management to ensure accurate project budgets.

• Track bid submissions, revisions, and project opportunities.
